Hi, my name is Nina and I’m located in Calne, Wiltshire. My Baby Massage and Baby Yoga Classes are run in Calne as well as the surrounding area, (Corsham, Devizes, Melksham, & Trowbridge). The classes are kept small (between 6 and 8 ) to ensure a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I also offer private classes and One 2 One sessions in the comfort of your own home as well as Workshops for Dads.. If you would like a class arranged in your area, I will be more than happy to look into arranging one for you.
Introducing Baby Massage & Baby Yoga to mothers, fathers and babies is a wonderful opportunity to promote, not only the powerful effects massage plays in our day to day healthy lifestyle, but also the importance of introducing massage at the earliest stages in life.
A little about me!
I am married with 1 son (now over 16 years old). I have been a qualified mobile massage therapist since 1993, soon to be specialising in Pregnancy & Childbirth massage (Jan 2012). Being heavily involved in Massage Therapy it is a privilege to play such an active role in sharing the fantastic benefits of Baby Massage & Baby Yoga to parents and babies.
About the courses
At MamaBabyBliss we are passionate about nurturing mothers, fathers and babies naturally. Our courses will ensure your baby has the very best start in life – mentally, physically and emotionally. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
Our classes will help:
- Help develop your baby's digestive, immune, circulatory and nervous systems from birth
- Relax your baby and encourage good sleep
- Reduce wind and settle colic
- Strengthen your baby's neural and brain development
- Develop coordination, balance and sensory-motor skills
- Plus our courses offer gentle postnatal stretches and relaxation for parents too!
