MamaBabyBliss Teachers
Hello, My name is Lucy Hughes and I am a fully accredited MamaBabyBliss Associate teacher based in Chelmsford Essex. I run Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes in Chelmsford for groups of up to eight.
Classes offer support and relaxation for mums, including a multitude of health benefits to learn for your baby. Mats, changing and bottle warming facilities are all inclusive with hand outs for mums at each session.
I also offer private group and one to one sessions and special workshops for dads.
I am exibiting at the MotherCare Baby and Me event on Thursday 26th April.
Really looking forward to meeting expectant and new mum’s, and spreading the word on Mamababybliss Massage and Yoga classes.
A little about me!
I am a mother to my 16 month old daughter and have been privileged enough to see the benefits and reward come from practising Baby massage and Baby Yoga with her.
Teaching these classes is a joy, to see mothers and their babies progress from week to week, and being able to help and support each other in our roles as mothers is lovely.
I am very passionate in my role and follow a strict ethos of mothers supporting mothers.
The classes are hugely beneficial but most of all fun!

Our classes will help:

- Relax your baby and encourage good sleep
- Reduce wind and settle colic
- Strengthen your baby's neural and brain development
- Develop coordination, balance and sensory-motor skills
- Plus our courses offer gentle postnatal stretches and relaxation for parents too!
