Hello! My name is Danielle Gannon and I am a fully accredited MamababyBliss associate teacher for the Stevenage, Hertfordshire & Luton area. I offer Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes, designed to be relaxing, calming and nurturing for you and your baby.
With a maximum of eight babies and parents, my intimate classes can assist with bonding, settling wind and colic and a chance to just ‘be’ with your baby. You don’t need to bring anything special to class – just you and your beautiful baby. I provide yoga mats, cushions, bottle warming facilities, oils and a wonderfully calm atmosphere, so you can just enjoy the class. It’s also a great way to meet other parents and babies in your area.
I also offer private sessions at home, one to one sessions and workshops for Dads.
A little about me!
Hi, I am Danielle and I am mummy to my 1 year old daughter and step mum to my husband’s teenage son. I enjoyed Baby Massage and Baby Yoga with my daughter immensely and could see how they benefitted her both physically and emotionally. I cannot wait to extend these benefits to you and your baby – I look forward to meeting you both soon.
About the courses
At MamaBabyBliss we are passionate about nurturing mothers, fathers and babies naturally. Our courses will ensure your baby has the very best start in life – mentally, physically and emotionally. They are also a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and most of all it's fun!
Our classes will help:
- Help develop your baby's digestive, immune, circulatory and nervous systems from birth
- Relax your baby and encourage good sleep
- Reduce wind and settle colic
- Strengthen your baby's neural and brain development
- Develop coordination, balance and sensory-motor skills
- Plus our courses offer gentle postnatal stretches and relaxation for parents too!
